As consultants during the energy crisis of the 1970s, they conducted audits to help buildings save energy and money. Seeing a need for products to do that, they developed them, reducing energy costs up to 60% in buildings in which they were installed.

Since 1980, they have been doing much the same thing the world over under the banner of Delta Controls. As developers of automated building systems, Delta has delivered energy performance in hospitals and universities, airports and office towers.
