Energy Efficiency Case Study in New Publication from the Urban Land Institute

Delta Controls is pleased to announce that the Energy Efficiency project for 1801 McGill College in Montreal was selected as a Case Study for a recent book publication from the Urban Land Institute (ULI) based out of Washington DC.
The new publication titled Retrofitting Office Buildings to Be Green and Energy Efficient: Optimizing Building Performance, Tenant Satisfaction, and Financial Return focuses on the sustainable concept of significant reduction in green house gas emissions through the innovative renovation of existing buildings. The publication also explores the business aspect of green retrofits and the policy implications of making existing buildings sustainable.
The 1801 McGill College project was the only Canadian retrofit selected out of 13 international projects to be featured as a Case Study in this publication.
