When Lonza, a global leader in providing custom manufacturing and products for the Life Sciences, and Parsons, a global leader in design and construction management for Life Science facilities, searched for the right solution for their project, they chose GxP Automation, LLC to provide a state of the art facility automation / environmental monitoring system for the Lonza Hopkinton Inc. facility. Utilizing the new ASTM 2500E standard approach for the GMP areas, GxP Automation combined their expertise in the Life Science market with products from both Delta Controls and Rockwell Automation to provide a total solution that provides the necessary compliance to FDA regulations yet is very cost effective, operationally efficient, and able to be implemented within the very aggressive project schedule. “GxP Automation offered us the expertise and sound approach that provides a system that not only meets or exceeds the required regulations but is also very cost effective and operationally efficient”
…………Michael Imseng, Project Manager I&C, Lonza AG

The ASTM 2500 E standard has been adopted by the industry to streamline the validation requirements for product research, manufacture, and release. While not sacrificing quality engineering, installation, and implementation of facility automation systems, the approach redirects and focuses the validation requirements to just the direct impact, product critical variables allowing companies to safely, cost effectively, and expeditiously bring products to market. GxP Automation, LLC understands the regulations, standards, and requirements surrounding both facility operations and product quality.
