Our Service Department is responsible for maintaining our Clients HVAC Systems as well as their DDC controls. Our focus is the commercial, government, school districts and related vertical markets.

Job Title: Mechanical Service Sales Rep (Lower Mainland)

DDC Controls and HVAC

Responsibilities:

ESC is seeking a highly motivated sales professional for the Nanaimo, BC branch. As a Service Sales Representative you will be responsible for the promotion, sales and account management of HVAC preventive maintenance and upgrading contracts on Vancouver Island. Your challenges will include building and maintaining customer relationships, achieving or exceeding sales objectives, and serving as technical consultant to customers.

Qualifications:

This position requires candidates to have a Technical Degree or Diploma , 7 - 10 years of Mechanical Service Sales experience, and industry experience with a solid network of business contacts is a must.

Additionally, good PC skills, excellent communication skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills and outstanding sales/negotiation skills are required to succeed in such a highly competitive market.
