ESC is currently looking for a qualified dynamic sales individual in the Vancouver market.
Job Title: Technical Sales
Individual shall process excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple commitments. Selected candidate should have a strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, DDC controls, conventional temperature controls and installation methods.
Responsibilities include:
- Generating cost estimates.
- Reviewing specifications and Project Proposals.
- Visit existing customers’ sites to analyze retrofit estimates.
- Explore and build partner relationships and/or enhance business alliances.
- Maintain key account and major project coverage through regular contact with customer representatives.
- Promote the specification and use of products and systems represented by ESC Automation by developing and maintaining a relationship with building owners, developers, architects, consulting engineers and contractors.
- Perform corporate level presentations and low level product demonstrations.
