Job Title: Project Engineer
Job Description: ESC Automation, your Delta Controls partner in Bothell Washington has an immediate opening for a seasoned professional, committed to excellence, teamwork and the satisfaction of a job well done. We are seeking the services of a self-starting “Project Engineer”. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of performance in the HVAC Controls industry. Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Design building automation systems specific to project requirements
- Prepares all required submittals and schedules
- Creates database and programming, bench tests control panels prior to turnover to field crew for installation
- Ordering of all required products and equipment
- Provides field start-up and system checkout of control systems on construction sites
- Ensures quality control of job start-up procedures and proper documentation according to ESC and customer standards
- Provides direction to system installers, field technicians and subcontractors as needed
The skills required for this position are:
- Graduate from Instrumentation or applicable diploma program
- Working knowledge of HVAC control and theory
- Basic electrical and electronics experience
- Thorough knowledge of computer suystems, networking and related software
- Well developed trouble shooting skills
