Thermal Mechanical, San Francisco Bay Area

Thermal Mechanical is a mid sized mechanical contractor in the San Francisco Bay Area specializing in HVAC, Plumbing, Service and Controls. We have immediate openings for the following position:

Job Title: Department Manager/Sales/Estimation

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

• Job cost tracking/Profitability goals
• Contract billing
• Customer relations/Sales
• Take off and estimation of plan/spec. jobs
• Design build of DDC control systems
• Manage a team of up to eight individuals
• Coordinate with union superintendent/field labor
• Oversee programming technicians

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in building automation and or related experience
• Demonstrated sales skills and a good understanding of mechanical systems
• Ability to prepare accurate and clearly written reports, proposals and related documentation
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and a variety of people
• Literate in computer applications: OWS, Word, Excel, AutoCad
• Strong work ethic, self starter

Compensation commensurate with performance.
Profit sharing, 401k, sales bonus structure.
