Job Title: Project / Construction Manager

This high level integration company is in need of a Construction / Project Manager capable of managing multi-million dollar projects that include a full range of technology such as Digital Control (DDC), HVAC, Security and Access Control systems within a building. ECI provides service to a diverse set of customers for BACnet® and LON based systems. ECI provides service to a diverse set of customers for BACnet ECI is an industry leading integrator and supports a broad based of existing systems, while at the same time staying on the leading edge of technology. The company completes design building and performance contracting projects and is a leading edge system integrator dealing with building, security and IT systems.

The Construction Manager will oversee $10+million in broad based projects with approximately 40 technical and managerial staff and 2 to 10 subcontractors on any given job. The ideal candidate has experience managing construction projects but also understands special systems, particularly DDC and HVAC. ECI focuses on the highest level of customer satisfaction and this person should have good customer service skills and be comfortable interacting with building owners throughout the construction and long term relationship cycle.
