Job Title: Service Manager

The company is in need of a Service Manager to support wide ranging technology including Digital Control (DDC), HVAC, Security and Access Control systems within a building. ECI provides service to a diverse set of customers for BACnet® and LON based systems. ECI is an industry leading integrator and supports a broad based of existing systems, while at the same time staying on the leading edge of technology.

The Service Manager will oversee $1+million in service with approximate 10 trucks in the field. The ideal candidate has experience management service crews and can bring best practices to this organization. This person should also have good customer service skills and be comfortable interacting with customers. This is not a sales position, but there are aspects of the ongoing customer relationship which would require this person to propose repairs and to work with sales staff on upgrades and retrofits. Ideally this person would also be capable of performing troubleshooting and diagnostic activities on line with DDC systems.
